This National Engraving by W. Read, from an Original Painting by Huggins of Her Majesty's Ship "Howe," of 120 guns, with a view of Greenwich Hospital and the Observatory, &c.
A starboard side view of the British ship of the line 'Howe' of 120 guns. She sits anchored off the bank of the Thames in front of the Greenwich Hospital and the Royal Observatory in the background on the right side of the print. She has three rows of gun ports and all her sails furled. A rowing boat with men is alongside the broadside embarking or disembarking from the ship. Below the image is an inscription with the title, dedication, and production detail.
