This print is part of a series of 14 plates depicting the stay of William. Crowds gather around the docks near the launching vessel that is illustrated in the center. The ship has a Dutch flag with the symbol of the VOC. Men on the launched ship swing their hats in celebration. Two VOC yachts, seen on the left, also attend the launching.
