Engraving of a Roman or Greek seal with an image of a nude man standing with a spear in one hand and a small, stylized dolphin sitting on the other. Above and below the representation of the seal are printed "Tab. XIII" and "NEPTUNUS". This is surrounded by a large, ornate border printed from a separate block with red ink, or with ink that has discolored to red. At the base of this border are the artist attributions.
