Attic Krater attributed to the Swing Painter

An Attic red-figure column krater dated to ca. 530 BCE. ‘Column’ refers to the handle structure.

The more elaborately painted face depicts a charioteer departing in a quadriga (four horse chariot) with five male attendants and a child.
