Hours of the Night

Excavation Camp, Giza

Your journey begins at the 1920s excavation camp at Giza, buried underneath a mountain of paperwork, as the sun sets behind the Great Pyramid, you are swept into the wake of Ra and must follow him through the Night.

Tomb of Ramesses I

The Tomb of Ramesses I is a small tomb and your entryway to the Netherworld. It is the final resting place of Pharaoh Ramesses I, the founder of the 19th dynasty of Egypt.

Tomb of Ramesses V and VI

The Tomb of Ramesses V and VI, located in the Valley of the Kings, is one of the largest and most elaborately decorated tombs. The tomb's corridors and chambers are adorned with scenes from the Book of the Hidden Chamber, Book of Gates, Book of the Heavenly Cow, and Books of Day and Night.

Great Sphinx

The guardian of the third hour is the Great Sphinx, who has become famous throughout the world for being the face of ancient Egypt. Solve his puzzles and see him evolve through time to progress to the next level.

Great Pyramid of Giza

This beautiful temple in Upper Egypt was called ipet resyt or the southern sanctuary, and is the oldest site in the world that has had continuous religious worship. It played a prominent part in the Opet Festival, celebrating the flooding of the Nile.

Pyramid of Unas

The pyramid built to bury Unas and resurrect him in the afterlife is one of the only pyramids with writing inside--and from these texts, we're able to understand why pyramids were built and what they meant in ancient Egyptian religion.

Tomb of Nefertari

This elaborately-decorated tomb is the most beautiful of any uncovered in modern times--the wall paintings are have been immaculately perserved throughout millenia to their current state today.

Karnak Temple Complex
