Great Sphinx
The Great Sphinx of Egypt is a limestone statue of a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human. It is located in the Giza plateau near Cairo, Egypt, and is considered one of the largest and oldest sculptures in the world. It is believed to have been built during the reign of the Pharaoh Khafre in the 4th dynasty, around 2500 BC. The statue is about 73 meters long and 20 meters high.
